Built By Locals

who love this place

We're Bobby and Lauren, locals to the Smoky Mountains and parents of three daughters. We built The Haven because we wanted families like ours to experience our hometown the right way — not rushing between attractions, but actually settling in and breathing it all in. Every detail of this property was intentional. The sauna, the screened fireplace room, the chef's kitchen, the views — all of it designed so you can arrive, exhale, and stay a while. We hope it feels like a place worth coming back to.
